Living in the same house as his older brother Che, Cash recorded his first track at the tender age of 11 years old under his brother's guidance at his home studio. Originally a hobby, Cash became serious about music in 2009 when he put out the acclaimed joint mixtape with LP entitled 'The Formula'. The mixtape didn't receive much promotion however the buzz from the streets was huge, and this led to a much more serious focus on the music.
Big Lee Records (a record label formed in Peckham – Big Lee passed away and his friends started the record label as a tribute to him) rounded up all the talented artists in the area, including Cash. Under the label, he released the single "I'm So Fly' with Colours, featured on the anthem 'Gunshot', featuring all the artists on Big Lee Records (Colours, Famez, TG, Y Size, Shaqavelli, Shower Malik). Two mixtapes were to follow, the first being the 'C&C' mixtape with Chunks, followed by another joint project with Yung Meth entitled 'Advanced Music', featuring the likes of Krept and Konan, Blade, G Frsh and Griminal.
2011 has proved to be a huge year, featuring on 1xtra with Yung Meth with Charlie Sloth, performing an epic freestyle for Link Up TV, performing at the prestigious Wireless festival, and even a performance at G Shock instore in Brick Lane. Currently working on a solo project entitled 'Everybody Wants Cash', watch out for one of the freshest and hardest working talents in the scene today!
